Lone Tree offers world class shopping, over 100 great restaurants, numerous hotels, and unique entertainment, as well as glorious hiking and biking trails. All of this is topped off by some of the most amazing, unique and expansive views of Colorado’s Front Range. Best of all, it’s all within nine square miles, so there is minimal travel between experiences.

The Lone Tree area has a wealth of tourism opportunities including Colorado’s only resort shopping at the world class Park Meadows Mall and, soon, Cabela’s, the world’s foremost outfitter of hunting, fishing and outdoor gear. Unique entertainment includes Colorado’s SkyVenture, one of the only indoor skydiving arenas in the nation and the Wildlife Experience, which provides an opportunity to learn about wildlife from throughout the world. Just moments away are miles of hiking and biking trails in expansive bluffs allowing visitors to experience Colorado’s beauty and outdoor adventure.

Park Meadows

Lone Tree is home to Park Meadows, Colorado’s Only Retail Resort, featuring warm architecture and a spectacular setting that welcomes customers with timeless Colorado hospitality. Past recipient of ICSC’s International Design and Development Award and the Urban Land Institute’s Award of Excellence. Colorado Flagship stores Nordstrom, Dillard’s, Victoria’s Secret, Arhaus and Pottery Barn operate at Park Meadows. Top performing retailers include: American Girl, Victoria’s Secret, Apple, LEGO, Vera Bradley, Brighton Collectibles, Banana Republic, Anthropologie, True Religion, Michael Kors, Coach, John Atencio, Microsoft, Crate and Barrel, Urban Outfitters, A/X Armani Exchange, Tommy Bahama, Sundance and Sephora. 14 great restaurants call Park Meadows home including national and local favorites P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, The Cheesecake Factory, White Chocolate Grill, BRIO Tuscan Grille and La Sandia. In 2012 Park Meadows welcomed Yard House, Clarks, LUSH, The Disney Store, and more to soon be announced. Bonannao Brothers Pizzeria, located inside the Vistas at Park Meadows, is a lively pizzeria from Chef Frank Bonanno that celebrates the art of wood fire cooking. An open kitchen with an Italian wood fire oven showcases skilled pizza makers, cheese mongers and charcuteries. Bonanno Brothers Pizzeria features a charcuterie station, serving local and imported cheese and salumi. With accents inspired by the historic Florence Train Station, Bonanno Brothers Pizzeria is a communal space, perfect for family gatherings and social outings with friends.

Lincoln Commons at RidgeGate

Opened in 2010, this premier shopping center is located on Lincoln Avenue and Commons Street.  At full build-out, Lincoln Commons will have over 500,000 square feet of space.  Among other stores in the center, are Firehouse Subs, Runners’ Roost, and the brand new Chateau Liquors.  Vectra Bank, and a dental office building, home to Lone Tree Dentists and My Kids Dentist & Orthodontist,  are separate, stand-alone buildings in Lincoln Commons. For Every Season – A little gem you do not want to miss!  Lots of beautiful decor for your home- great quality and unique items. Much of the merchandise changes seasonally- but there are certain “staples” that they always have (candles, Pandora, Brighton). Plato’s Closet –Plato’s Closet® buys and sells the latest looks in brand name gently used clothing and accessories for teen and twenty something guys and girls. Sam’s Club – Exceptional wholesale club values on TVs, mattresses, business and office supplies and more at Sam’s Club. A Landmark Area Performing Arts Center

The Citizens of Lone Tree authorized the construction of a new Lone Tree Arts Center in 2008. The new Lone Tree Arts Center (LTAC) is a professional, innovative and environmentally “green” venue designed by Westlake Reed Leskosky, a leading national designer of performing arts centers.

Brunswick Zone

Setting in Lone Tree is so big, Brunswick calls it “Brunswick Zone XL (for extra large). At Brunswick, there’s something fun for everyone – bowling, billiards, video games and more. Lone Tree’s Brunswick Zone XL, located at 9255 Kimmer Drive, is a great way to cut loose and find a smile. Featuring 48 lanes, 8 billard tables, a game room arcade, a lazer tag arena, event rooms, and a bar and grill with a super-size lounge, three 110” projection screens and seven 50” flat screen TVs, it’s certainly a place where everyone can find something fun to do. Grab your family or a few good friends and get into the good times at Brunswick. 

The Wildlife Experience, Parker, Colorado

Just a short distance east of Lone Tree, is the Wildlife Experience, an educational and entertaining museum that connects visitors with wildlife and habitats in a fun learning environment. 

Lone Tree Recreation Center

This center is a top notch facility, offering activities for families, as well as the weekend warrior, and the elite athlete. Lone Tree Recreation Center was voted Best Gym/Fitness Center, Personal Trainer and Swimming Pool by The Lone Tree Voice. The recreation center includes a gymnasium, indoor running track, weight room, 2 racquetball courts and cardio vascular machines. The indoor swimming pool is one of the most popular features, with lap lanes, lazy river, a thrilling 88 foot water slide, spacious 14-person hot tub, zero depth entry with play features and tot slide.  

Lone Tree Golf Course & Hotel

Designed by Arnold Palmer, the 72 par, Lone Tree Golf Course offers a challenging golf experience, with large undulating greens, water on 9 holes and deep bunkers. Golfers enjoy sweeping views of downtown Denver and the Front Range. The club house features an extensive pro shop, Out of Bounds Grill, banquet facilities for up to 300 people, meeting rooms and 15 guest suites. Ample onsite and free parking is available. 

Lone Tree Park & Tennis Center

The center is a unique partnership between the City and South Suburban Park and Recreation District. The City of Lone Tree funded the complex. South Suburban provided the land, manages and maintains the facility, and runs all programming. It features six courts, (four lighted), a pro shop, picnic pavilion and playground

Cook Creek Pool

With two separate pools; one for swimming and diving, and the other for leisure fun, the entire family can make a day of it. The leisure pool is perfect for younger children with a zero depth entry. It has 3 small slides and a large dumping bucket, water features, a large open slide and 3 basketball hoops.
In addition Lone Tree is pleased to host annual events in two area parks, Sweetwater Park and Prairie Sky Park, as well as include parts of the Willow Creek Trail that meanders throughout Lone Tree, offering great walking and hiking opportunities for humans and their canine companions.
